The Iron Challenge

The Iron Challenge is a personal challenge to complete the Iron Distance Triathlon (2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking and 26.2 miles of running) in a specific time-frame. The time-frame is set by you and it could be one day, one weekend, one week, one month, an entire summer or a full year. The goal is to set the time frame, get you motivated, get you swimming, biking and running and to win the challenge. All registered participants will be able to download a certificate of completion. You can track your progress on-line by creating an account, logging in and tracking work-outs. Our goal for The Iron Challenge is to keep adults and kids alike moving, motivated and living a healthy and active lifestyle.
